Effective 2026-09-22. This policy describes how Rubicall (the registered brand for text messages sent from Rubicall numbers) collects and uses information.

Information we collect

When you call, text, or chat with a practice that uses Rubicall, we process the phone number or name you provide, the content of the conversation, and technical data needed to deliver the service. We process this information on behalf of the practice under a written agreement.

How we use it

To answer calls and messages, capture appointment requests, hand conversations to practice staff, send appointment-related texts you have asked for, and keep the service secure.

SMS data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and deletion

Conversation data is kept for the practice's contract term and deleted 30 days after the practice ends service, unless law requires longer retention. Practices may request earlier deletion.
